My story began in North Carolina, navigating the fast-paced world of trade shows. Over a decade in that industry honed my skills in flexibility, problem-solving, and flawless execution under pressure. This experience became the foundation for B.I.T. (Build. Integrate. Train.) - a company born from my self-taught expertise as a Salesforce Administrator.

Witnessing the need for effective user training, I built an employee program that empowered over 50 users across various roles. I crafted a comprehensive training manual and delivered regular updates, ensuring everyone maximized the platform's potential.
